Policies
Cancellations
By scheduling a session, you agree to give at least 24 hours' notice for any cancellations. Late cancellations will incur a 75% service fee, charged to the card on file.
Zero Tolerance
We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for sexual harassment or inappropriate behavior. Such actions will result in immediate session termination, full session charges, a permanent ban, and potential law enforcement involvement. Ensuring a safe environment is our top priority.
New Clients
Clients will receive health intake and policy acknowledgment forms that need to be completed prior to their appointment. These forms are kept confidential, on file for future visits and can be updated as needed. They ensure a safe and effective massage plan tailored to each client while also providing the therapist with a safe working environment.
